We regularly offer work experience placements to students who want to understand how a real agency operates behind the scenes.
The Placement
This placement is designed to give students practical exposure to agency life. You will work alongside our team, observe how projects are delivered, and contribute to live work where appropriate.
The focus is on learning, understanding process and gaining insight into the creative and commercial side of marketing.
What You’ll Be Exposed To
The exact experience will vary depending on current projects, but may include:
- How websites and digital campaigns are planned and delivered
- Content creation for websites and social media
- Video production workflows and post-production
- Research, planning and campaign setup
- Client communication and internal project management
- Day-to-day agency tools and systems
You will not be expected to “know everything”. The placement is about exposure and understanding, not performance.
